In our raw material warehouse (100Cr6) lay
800'000 Kg of steel tubes, both hot drawn and
cold finished, coming mainly from Germany
and Sweden
Turning Department
Our turning department is equipped with the
following machines:
16 Gildemeister with bar capacity up to 100 mm
6 CNC lathe with cutting capacity up to 210 mm
We can internally produce tools with the most
different profiles. The external ones are made by
an E.D.M. machine. The internal one by a high
precision C.N.C. grinding machine.
Heat Treatment
Upon request we can heat treat also big lots in
our computer monitored furnace.
