of Prosino S.r.l., undertake to:
Document the company quality system trough
a quality manual and trough a collection of
operating procedures, in conformity with the
requirements set by UNI EN ISO standard
9001-94, but with the structure of the new
VISON 2000 norm.
Understand the customers expectation about
our products and check their degree of
satisfaction while using them.
Look for new technical solutions and new
products and improve them.
Increase cooperation and mutual exchange
of information with the suppliers.
Carry out an adequate control over production
activities.
Rationalize trials, tests and inspections of
the products.
Act on the production processes and on the
organization procedures to eliminate the
causes of product defectiveness.
Bring about a personnel's training and
motivation program about quality disciplines.
