Prosino s.r.l. has a complete spinning
laboratory, in which two spintester (one for
long staple fibers and one for short staple
fibers), are daily used to test new rings.

The spintester are equipped with a
synchronized microscope that connected
with a digital video camera can show with a
very high fidelity degree the behavior of the
traveler on the ring in all the spinning phases.

These travellers movements can be video-recorded
and then comfortably studied in our
laboratory.

The spinning research is fundamental in the
choice of new profiles and new materials.

With the help of an electronic scanning
microscope we can also analyse the yarn
spun by our customer.
