RZD is an excellent spinning rings suitable for
all counts. Made with ball bearing steel.
Contrarily to common steel, ball-bearing steel is
rich in carbon and chromium. These components
undoubtedly ensure advantages such as high
through hardness, low deformation due to a
more reliable heat treatment, constant quality,
low coefficient of friction.
RZD rings have low roughness (µRa 0,2), excellent
roundness (max 0,3% on I.D. mm), high hardness
(Hv1 850) The special black coating protect
the rings against oxidation.
No special traveller is needed to be used
with RZD Protected rings.

NCN Protected is a superior ring, developed for
spinners with higher spinning performances needs. Made with ball bearing steel, its hardness is higher than common rings (Hv1 1050). Higher hardness rings have been proved to best solution for the reduction of micro-welding between traveller and rings. Made with a special in-house heat treatment, these rings are the answers for higher demanding spinners. NCN Protected rings are suitable for all counts. NCN rings have very low roughness (µRa 0,2), excellent roundness (max 0,3% on I.D. mm), high hardness (Hv1 1050). The special black coating protect the rings against oxidation. A longer life that conventional spinning rings can be achieved with NCN Protected. No special traveller is needed to be used with NCN Protected rings.
