The production of rings for short staple fibers
represents our major activity. An extremely
complete range of products for all existing
spinning frames can be supplied to our
customers. All type of flanges, all type of fixing
system, all type of ring geometry can be
produced in our facilities.
All additional accessories, such as ring holders,
ring rails, traveller cleaners, nuts, screws, clips
can be supplied to give a complete service
for the most demanding spinner.

All type of flanges can be supplied with the
desired rings. We resume here the 3 most
common flanges and their main use.

AW (Anti Wedge) flange:
an asymmetric, elliptic flange
with an anti-wedge action
|
|
|
LC (LOW CROWN) flange:
a normal, symmetric,
non elliptic flange
|
CR flange:
a special asymmetric,
elliptic inclined flange
(usually 5° degrees)
|

We can produce rings with all the existing
fixing system available in the markets.

rings all needed ring holders such as
Aluminium rings holder for Rieter frames,
metal ring holders for Marzoli frames,
Aluminium holders for reversible and non
reversible rings.

Reversible Rings
This ring has the advantage
of having two flanges, so that
when the first flange is worn
out, the ring can be flipped
on the other side and work
again. The life of a normal
ring is in this case double.

Non Reversible Rings
We call N.R. rings, the spare
parts which has an height of
8, 10, 12 mm and are used
on Rieter frames (with holders
and screws + clips), on Marzoli
frames (forced fixing in metal
holders), on Chinese frames
fixed directly on the ring rail.
A N.R. ring can also be
mounted on other ring
frames with an adopter.

Single Flange Rings
Single flange rings are the
ones fixed directly on the ring
rails with the help of clips or
washers, such as rings for
TOYODA, HOWA, ZINSER,
PLATT ring frames.
